9 Questions That Will Give You a Sense of Wellbeing for the Holidays

When we are busy and striving to get things done, especially at this time of year when we are super busy, we can forget to look back to see how far we have come, recognise what we have achieved, celebrate our successes and appreciate the great things that we did and what others did for us.

So right now, this very second, I invite you to take 5 minutes to do just that, before jumping back to your emails, Facebook or the hoovering. Spend some time thinking about the following questions and enjoy the feelings of satisfaction and gratitude that you deserve.

  1. What have you achieved throughout 2015?
  2. What are you most proud of this year?
  3. What have you enjoyed doing the most in 2015?
  4. What has meant the most to you this year?
  5. Who have you enjoyed spending time with the most and why?
  6. How do you think you most helped or impacted others?
  7. What are you grateful for that someone or perhaps many people have done for you?
  8. How can you thank them?
  9. What are you most looking forward to next year?
