9 Questions That Will Give You a Sense of Wellbeing for the Holidays

When we are busy and striving to get things done, especially at this time of year when we are super busy, we can forget to look back to see how far we have come, recognise what we have achieved, celebrate our successes and appreciate the great things that we did and what others did for us.

So right now, this very second, I invite you to take 5 minutes to do just that, before jumping back to your emails, Facebook or the hoovering. Spend some time thinking about the following questions and enjoy the feelings of satisfaction and gratitude that you deserve.
